3 Step Pricing
Trip Charge

A trip charge is applied to every service call within the Richmond, Va area covering a 30 mile radius. Any service outside of 30 mile radius will be charge $1.66 per mile.
Labor Charge
$

Labor cost made simple. $85 per hour for building maintenance and hot side service. $90 per hour for refrigeration service. One hour minimum per service request
Parts /Materials
25%
Repairing your equipment may take parts and or materials. Upon customers approval time and money will be spent to obtain the necessary items to repair the equipment. All parts and materials we source are subject to up to 25% mark up to cover cost of shipping, taxes and any other fees that may be accessed.

Question & answers
After scheduling your service request a technician will contact the POC 30 minutes to an hour prior to travel to your location to confirm service request. If service is no longer needed at this time of contact, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. If point of contact can not be reached or no one at the establishment is unavailable to confirm appointment we must honor the request for service and proceed to location of request. Once travel has started a trip charge will be accessed. When tech arrive to location for service allow for up to an hour for diagnosis although most issues are diagnosis within 10-25 minutes. Each call is charged at a one hour minimum so even if its a quick fix allow the tech to take his time and look over your equipment to ensure proper diagnosis. After equipment is diagnosed POC will approve or decline the estimated cost of service. In the event parts or materials needed to complete service exceeds $300 customer will be required to prepay or make deposit for parts or materials. Once the equipment is up and running there is a 14 day return on service policy. If the equipment that was service has a recurring issue RELATED to the service performed a return trip will be schedule trip charge will be waived and labor charges may be accessed.
With our network of equipment manufacturers and supply shop we always first look to get you OEM parts but with business we know there a budget and sometimes you have to get whats in budget. I knowledgeable technicians and parts specialist will ensure if not an OEM our after market parts are tried true and tested.
Depending on the time of day your service request was put in we typically can get a tech out to you the same day. If you place your call later in the evening and after hours service is not approved the call will be scheduled at the earliest availability.
